RASPBERRY CAROUSEL JELLO MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) box raspberry Jello
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. either white grape, cranberry or apple juice
1 c. diced apples
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve raspberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add fruit juice. Chill until thickened, about 1 hour. Fold in apples and nuts. Spoon into mold and chill until firm. Dissolve lime Jello in remaining boiling water. Let stand until room temperature. Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise in separate bowl. Gradually fold in lime Jello, may use electric mixer. Spoon lime mixture on top of raspberry Jello and chill until firm. Unmold and serve.
