SALMON MOUSSE 
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 lb. can of salmon, drained & flaked
1 c. peeled cucumber, finely chopped

Soften gelatin in cold water, stir over low heat until dissolved; cool. Thoroughly combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in gelatin; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in salmon and cucumber. Pour into 5 cup mold; chill until firm. Unmold. 6 to 8 servings.

This is prepared in a fish mold, then decorated with black olives for the eyes, and a piece of pimento for the mouth.
