91. CHILI CHEESE DIP
Combine above ingredients in a 6 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until all of the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Cook and drain ground beef. Add taco mix to ground beef. Add cheese, soup, milk, and Ro-Tel. Mix well on low heat.
