CHILI CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 cans chili with no beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef (browned)

Combine above ingredients in a 6 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until all of the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
