Combine sauerkraut, pimentos, green pepper, onion, and celery. Marinate overnight in vinegar, salt, sugar, and oil. Drain before serving.

Add sugar and sauerkraut and let stand for 40 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight.

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Serve.

Grate carrots and combine with sauerkraut. Add the sour cream dressing and garnish each serving with walnut halves. Serve on your favorite lettuce.



Cut up sauerkraut. Mix all the ingredients together including the sauerkraut juice. Let stand at least 8 hours or overnight.
