In a Dutch oven, brown ... onion, tomatoes, broth, tapioca, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper ... vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Combine all ingredients. Put in large Dutch oven. Bake at 300°F for 4 hours. Do not PEEK.

Mix ingredients in large casserole. Cover. Bake in 250°F oven for 5 hours.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours. Relax!

Mix together and bake in covered dish at 250°F for 6 hours. Can be baked at higher temperature for less time, but not as good.
