BEEF STEW IN OVEN 
2 lbs. stew beef
5 potatoes, cut up
6 carrots, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes

Put all ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Bake in oven 5 hours at 250 degrees. (Can also be made in slow cooker.) Recipe makes six servings.
