BEEF STEW (IN THE OVEN) 
1 can tomatoes
1 can beef broth
4 tsp. tapioca
1 lb. beef cubes or hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2-3 carrots, diced
2 med. potatoes, diced

Mix all ingredients. Put in oven, don't add water and don't stir. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Stew can also be put in crock pot and cooked on low for several hours.
