OVEN STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 can tomatoes
6 carrots, cut up
2 onions, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1 can peas
1 sliced bread, cubed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 potatoes, cut up
2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. red wine (optional)

Mix ingredients in large casserole. Cover.

Bake in 250°F oven for 5 hours.
