OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 cup celery, chopped
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 large can tomatoes, with juice
5 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
pepper to taste

Mix together and bake in covered dish at 250°F for 6 hours. Can be baked at higher temperature for less time, but not as good.
