Drain juice off of canned pineapple and fruit cocktail to make 1 cup. Mix juice, Tang and instant pudding until thick. Mix thickened pudding ... at least 2 hours.

Drain pineapple and mixed fruit, reserving pineapple juice. Combine juice, pudding mix and Tang; stir well. Combine fruit ... gently. Chill 4 servings.
