Drain juice off of canned pineapple and fruit cocktail to make 1 cup. Mix juice, Tang and instant pudding until thick. Mix thickened pudding ... at least 2 hours.
Combine undrained pineapple, drained peaches and fruit cocktail and bananas in bowl; mix gently. Stir in Tang and pudding mix. Chill until serving time. Very easy.
Drain pineapple and mixed fruit; save pineapple juice. Combine pineapple juice, pudding mix and Tang. Stir well. Combine fruit and dressing. Toss and chill.
