Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend 10 seconds. Yield: 1 1/4 cup.

Blend well. Store in refrigerator.

Crush garlic in bowl and REMOVE. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Chill. Garlic powder can be substituted.
