21. MEXICAN HOMINY

Saute green pepper, onion, in bacon drippings. Add other ingredients and put in buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.

Mix mushroom soup with cheddar cheese in saucepan ... casserole. Sprinkle top with crushed corn chips. Bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Melt butter. In large baking dish combine butter, hominy, onion, cheese, soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
