Combine all ingredients. Stir and mix well. Serve over green salad. Yield 1 1/2 cups. Calories 17 (42% fat), protein 1.3 g, fat 0.8 g, ...

Mix all with blender or mixer. (Approximately 16 calories per tablespoon).

Mix with mixer. Then add 6 ounce package of Blue cheese crumbles up and stir up.

Put all ingredients in a 2 quart bowl and whisk until blended. Refrigerate in a covered container. Yield: 2 cups.

Combine all above and refrigerate. Makes 1 quart.



Spoon yogurt onto several layers ... rubber spatula. Add buttermilk and remaining ingredients; stir well. ... 1/2 cups of 1 teaspoon servings.

For dip, substitute small container of sour cream for buttermilk.

Mix all ingredients together.

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Mix well and chill.
