11. SPINACH SALAD
In blender: Chill for a few hours. Toss salad gently. Add dressing. Toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Boil and drain pasta. Add all ingredients except shrimp. Mix well. Let set for 4 hours or overnight. Add shrimp and more dressing if needed.
Cook pasta. Mix pasta with next 6 ingredients. Add dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese. Serves 6 to 8.
