Put ribs/chicken in a large metal ... ribs. You can put them on the grill from here, sauce them first. Grill until the sauce is slightly charred.

If using (bone-in) ribs, boil rapidly for 1 ... the applesauce for 1 cup honey or maple syrup. For a kick you can add 1/2 cup mustard. . (Rollie)

Cook in crock pot on medium for 6 to 8 hours.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low setting for at least 6 to 8 hours.
