This is a great recipe for a salads with iceberg and spinach leaves. ... Note: Quantities can be decreased for 1 cup OR increased for 1-quart.

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup, with 7 calories per 2 tablespoons.
