SPECIAL FRENCH DRESSING FOR COBB
SALAD
 
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. hot mustard
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients. Chill, covered. Shake well before using. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
