GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
9 med. red potatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 lb. bacon
Salt to taste
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. bacon grease

Boil potatoes with skins on; slice potatoes. Add celery, onions and bacon (fried crisp and broken in pieces)

Dressing: Beat eggs, sugar and water. Add vinegar and bacon grease. Cook slowly until thick. Pour over potatoes, celery and onions while hot.
