SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can tomato soup or tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Fry onions in oil until yellow, not brown. Add ground chuck (use a good grade of beef). Mash meat as it fries. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve on toasted rolls as a sandwich.

This can be made with equal amounts of ground turkey instead of ground chuck.
