MacIntosh apples
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. nut meats

Fill two 8-inch pie pans nearly full with sliced apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Melt butter, add 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour, nut meats and eggs. Mix well, pour over apples. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
