STRAWBERRY CROWNS | |
1 c. commercial sour cream 1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1 banana, diced 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced 1/4 tsp. vanilla Combine above ingredients in order given. Spoon into muffin liners. Freeze until firm. Remove muffin liners from tins and place in plastic bags for freezer storage. |
