1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lg. box Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Add to large box Crispix cereal in large mixing bowl. Stir up. Add powdered sugar. Shake up until all coated. Store in airtight container.
