OVERNIGHT LETTUCE SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, rinsed & drained
1 stalk broccoli, chopped
1/4 head cauliflower, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. celery, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
4 slices bacon, fried & crumbled

Layer ingredients in order given.

Blend together:

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Spread over top of layers. Cover with 1 cup shredded Cheddar, Swiss or mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight.
