PECAN PIE CRUST 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. pecan pieces

Melt butter. Add flour and pecans and mix well. Put in pie pan and spread out to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool completely. Fill with any already cooked pie fillings, such as chocolate cream, or canned berry fillings. This recipe is enough for one 9 x 13 inch pan or two 9 inch round pans.
