PEAR SALAD 
1 1/2 c. pear juice
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 lg. can pears
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. tub Cool Whip

Bring juice to boil. Dissolve Jello. Let stand to room temperature. Combine mayonnaise with cream cheese and mashed pears. Blend. Mix into Jello mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
