GRANDMA'S RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream

Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt, flour and the cream. Pour over rhubarb in a double crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until crust is brown and rhubarb is done by toothpick test.
