SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE DELIGHT | |
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Mix ingredients together until well blended. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Topping: 1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. chopped pecans Melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Add flour, then nuts. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over potato mixture. |
