HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 cups milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can eagle brand milk
1 can carnation milk

Mix together sugar, flour and 6 cups of milk in a large non stick saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the mixture is thickened.

Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl. Add in vanilla, 1 can of eagle brand milk and 1 can of carnation milk. Stir well and when all is blended add to the pudding mixture and cook long enough to get the eggs cooked, about 5 minutes.

Strain the pudding mixture in a large bowl. Add your fruit. Fresh cut up bananas are great or fresh strawberries or canned crushed pineapples (drained).
