HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs, beat until foamy
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1-2 c. fresh or frozen fruit (if desired)
Whole milk

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat more. Gradually add condensed milk and evaporated milk; beat while adding. Then add vanilla. If adding fruit, do so now and mix. Pour into freezer container and add whole milk to fill line.
