HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM 
2 c. granulated sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Dash salt
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
Milk

Mix together sugar, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, eggs, salt and peanut butter. Pour into hand or electric ice cream freezer canister and add enough milk to bring mixture up to the 2/3 line. Freeze until firm. Makes about 4 quarts.
