CHOCOLATE TOWN PIE | |
9" unbaked pastry shell 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. vanilla or 2 tbsp. bourbon 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Festive whipped cream Prepare pastry shell; set aside, heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl cream butter. Add eggs, vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 minutes to 50 minutes or until golden. Cool about 1 hour; serve warm. Garnish with Festive whipped cream if desired. 8-10 servings. |
