1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. Cool Whip

Blend above items. Layer it with cookies. Place in large container (at least 2 quart). Serve with a shovel.
