8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Green food coloring
Loaf of bread, frozen but almost thawed
2 tbsp. milk

Mix cream cheese and milk to an easy spread consistency. Add food coloring. Spread on bread to make sandwich. Cut with Shamrock cookie cutter.
