CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1 c. raw rice (not instant)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk (whole)
1 pt. whipping cream

(Or in place of milk AND whipping cream, use 5 cups whole milk.)

Heat in covered pan, then simmer, stirring often (approximately 1 1/2 hours). May also use a double boiler.
