GRANDMA'S FUDGE | |
5 c. sugar 1 c. milk or 1 can evaporated milk 2 sticks butter 1 jar marshmallow creme (small size) 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 c. peanut butter or 1 c. chopped peanuts Blend sugar, milk, butter in pan. Melt together over low heat. Then boil 6 minutes over medium heat. Add and blend 1 jar marshmallow creme and chocolate chips till melted. Optional if desired: blend in peanut butter or nuts. Beat until fudge holds shape. Then pour into greased jelly roll size pan. Yield: 5 lbs. |
