3 eggs, beaten
3 c. zucchini, shredded
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered pie pan

Mix all ingredients until zucchini is well coated. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
