CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cooked white rice
2 beaten eggs
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
2 cans condensed tomato soup

Mix all ingredients, except soup, in a large bowl. Core large head of green cabbage and boil 5-6 minutes. Tear carefully each leaf off head.

Place ball of meat mixture in center of each leaf. Roll leaf on each side and end over end. Insert wooden toothpick to hold together. Put in covered pan. Pour soup on top. Bake slowly 250-275 degrees 5-7 hours. Longer time best.
