QUICK & EASY TRUFFLES 
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. Chambord Liqueur
Small foil candy cups

In food processor, chop 12 ounce chocolate morsels until fine. In saucepan, combine 1/4 cup heavy cream with 1/4 cup Chambord Liqueur. Heat until boiling. With food processor motor on, pour cream mixture into chocolate. Process until chocolate is melted. Pour into small foil candy cups. Refrigerate until set, approximately 30 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
