TOMATO BISQUE 
1/2 can (#10) diced tomatoes
#10 can tomato juice
1/2 gal. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 med. onion
3 c. diced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter

Add tomatoes, tomato juice and milk together in large soup pan and add seasonings. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter and add to soup; let simmer for 1 hour.
