QUICK CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 med. onion, diced 1 can New England style clam chowder (Snow's brand works well) 1 can minced clams with juice 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 lg. can evaporated milk or 3/4 pt. half & half 1 c. dry white wine (opt.) Saute onion in a small amount of butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. |
