CHOCOLATE CAFE AU LAIT 
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. German chocolate, grated (about 1/4 c.)
2 c. hot brewed coffee
Pieces of milk chocolate lace candy or chocolate curls (opt.)

In a small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. Fold in the grated German sweet chocolate. Pour the hot brewed coffee into 4 coffee cups. Pipe or spoon a fourth of the whipped cream mixture over coffee in each cup. Top with milk chocolate lace candy or chocolate curls.
