CHOCOLATE VELVET PIE 
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
2 env. (2 oz.) Nestle Choco-Bake unsweetened baking chocolate
2 measuring tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
Whipped cream (optional)
Chocolate curls (optional)

In a medium saucepan, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat. Stir in Nestle Choco-Bake and orange rind; mix well.

Transfer to a small bowl; chill until slightly thickened (about 30 minutes). Stir until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill until firm (about 1 hour). Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
