REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. corned beef shaved
2 c. sauerkraut drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 to 3 c. Swiss cheese grated
8 slices dark rye bread diced or crumbled
3/4 c. butter melted

Mix together sauerkraut, sour cream, onion and garlic. Spread in buttered 9 by 9 casserole dish. Crumble meat over top. Sprinkle cheese over meat layer. Spread bread cubes or crumbs over cheese layer. Pour melted butter over all.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. If you like Reuben sandwiches, you will like this! 6 to 8 servings.
