SWEDISH TEACAKES | |
1 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring 2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. finely chopped nuts Cream butter, sugar and vanilla, blend in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together. Shape into 3/4 inch balls, place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees until set, but not brown. Cool; roll in powdered sugar. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies. |
