SPINACH SALAD 
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. spinach torn in bite size
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked

In saucepan combine first 5 ingredients. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Cool. Toss dressing with spinach, onion, mushrooms. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
