COUNTRY MEATLOAF 
2 lb. mixed ground chop meat (veal, beef, pork)
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 carrot, shredded
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix above.

Saute in butter: 1 sm. onion, diced

Add to meat mixture. Add 1 small can Hunts sauce. Mix well. Shape into loaf.

Mix together: 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Pour 1/2 this mixture over loaves. Bake a 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove loaves from oven. Pour rest of mixture over loaf. Bake 10 minutes more.
