FRIED SWEET POTATOES | |
6 med. sweet potatoes 4 tbsp. fat Parboil potatoes in their skins. Cool, peel, and slice in thick rounds. Melt fat (bacon fat is especially good) and when hot, drop in potato slice. Brown quickly, turning once. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with ham or sausage. |
