PEACHES - N - CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
8 peaches, peeled & sliced
Dash of lemon
Salt to taste
1 9" unbaked pastry shell
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together sugar, flour, cream and salt. Slice peaches, sprinkle with a dash of salt and a little lemon juice and place in unbaked pie shell. Pour other ingredients over the peaches, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower over to 300 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes longer.
