CHICKEN PICCATA 
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6-8 chicken parts

Beat egg well, add lemon juice. Mix dry ingredients in plastic bag. Wash and dry chicken; dip in egg mixture. Then coat with flour mixture. Brown chicken in melted butter.

Mix together: 2 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolved in water) or 1 can College Inn chicken broth 2 tbsp. lemon juice
